Terms of Service

Pipeline Studio provides AI-assisted image generation and marketing tools for real estate professionals. Output is produced by automated models and is delivered "as generated." We may add, change, or retire individual features (modes, styles, export formats, AI models) as the product evolves, and we may adjust the underlying AI providers we use to deliver a feature.

Accounts are for named individual users. Team seats under a brokerage account each require their own login; sharing a single login across multiple agents is not permitted.

You keep ownership of every photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your uploads solely to operate the service for you — including sending them to third-party AI image processing providers to produce your results, and hosting them on branded public property pages you choose to publish.

• You must own the photos you upload, or have written permission from the photographer or copyright holder to use and modify them. Many listing photos are licensed to a single listing and may not be reused or altered without permission.
• You must have the property owner's or listing client's authorization to create and publish AI-modified images of their property.
• Do not upload photos containing identifiable people, private documents, or other personal information without their consent.

We do not claim ownership of your photographs, brokerage logos, brand assets, property documents or any other material you upload, and uploading it to Pipeline Studio does not transfer any ownership to us. The license you grant is limited to what we need in order to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to operate the service for you, including publishing the pages and assets you choose to publish. It ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from routine backups that expire on their normal cycle and copies we must keep by law. You are solely responsible for how AI-generated output is used in listings, advertising, or client communications.

Pipeline Studio and its licensors own the service itself: the Pipeline Studio name, logo and branding, the website and application interface, our original graphics, illustrations, marketing copy, demonstration videos, page layouts and design system, our documentation and help text, our AI prompt engineering, generation pipelines, scoring and quality logic, templates, export formats, report and presentation designs, and the software that runs the service. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual-property laws, and our non-public methods are treated as confidential business information.

Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit our protectable materials;
• create unauthorized derivative or substantially similar copies of our interface, branded templates, reports, presentations or marketing materials;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-extract content, data or media from the service or from published property pages by automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing of our public marketing pages;
• use our name, logo or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission;
• probe, reverse engineer or attempt to derive our non-public prompts, models, pipelines or source code, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Some parts of the service incorporate third-party software, open-source components, fonts, stock assets and AI models provided by others. We do not claim ownership of those materials; they remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licenses. We also make no ownership claim over your uploads, public-domain material, or general business concepts and ideas — these terms protect our specific expressions, branding, software and confidential methods, not the idea of AI-assisted real estate marketing.

Subject to your plan and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service, and to use the assets it generates for you in your own real estate marketing. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

• Plans and quotas. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite, and Enterprise) include a monthly allowance of processed photos. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. When the allowance is used up, new processing is blocked until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
• Recurring charges. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the plan you select, plus any applicable taxes.
• Upgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the higher allowance available right away. Stripe prorates the difference for the remainder of the current period.
• Downgrades. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your lower allowance applies from the next cycle. If your usage already exceeds the lower plan's allowance, processing stays blocked until the cycle resets.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active through the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by law.
• Referral credits and promotions. Referral rewards and discounts apply once per qualifying paid conversion and have no cash value. We may withhold rewards obtained through self-referral, duplicate accounts, or other abuse.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may suspend processing and downgrade or close the account after reasonable retry attempts.

You agree not to use Pipeline Studio to:

• create false, fraudulent, or materially misleading property marketing — for example, presenting AI-modified images as unedited photographs of the property's current condition, hiding known defects, or implying renovations that have not been performed;
• publish images or listings that violate your MLS rules, state real estate advertising laws, or fair housing laws;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or infringe anyone's IP or privacy;
• generate sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful imagery or text;
• resell, white-label, or provide the service to third parties outside your account except under an Enterprise agreement that permits it;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent quotas, rate limits, watermarks, or access controls.

Compliance watermarks and disclosure text applied to AI output must not be removed, cropped out, or obscured.

AI output is a visualization, not a measurement or a promise. Staged furniture, twilight lighting, curb-appeal cleanups, renovation concepts, floor plan sketches, dimensions, descriptions and voiceovers are approximations generated by models and may contain errors or details that do not exist at the property. You must review every asset before publishing it. See our AI Disclosure for details and disclosure guidance.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline Studio and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost listings, lost data, reputational harm, regulatory fines, or MLS or board penalties, arising from your use of the service or of AI-generated output.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you upload or publish, your use of AI output in listings or advertising, and your violation of these terms or of applicable real estate, advertising, or disclosure rules.

You may close your account at any time; closing it cancels future billing and you may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account, remove content, or unpublish a public property page if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these terms, a legal or MLS compliance problem, a payment failure, or a risk to the service or other users. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue; for serious violations we may act immediately. On termination, your right to use the service and any published property pages ends.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms: legal@pipelinestudio.app.
