Questions, answered
What happens after the no active plan?
The trial runs for 7 days and includes 5 watermarked AI image credits, AI listing descriptions, one basic floor plan and one public property page. When it ends — or once you use the included credits — new generations pause and you're asked to choose a plan. Nothing you already created is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Starter, Professional, Elite and Brokerage are all self-serve on monthly or annual billing, so you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from checkout or your billing settings. Only Enterprise is activated with our team. Upgrades unlock features immediately.
Is annual billing available?
Yes — pay yearly and get 2 months free, so a year costs 10 × the monthly price (for example $1,290 a year for Professional).
What happens to existing work if I downgrade?
Downgrades only restrict what you can create next. Existing photos, videos, marketing packages, property pages, leads, seller reports and presentations stay in your library and remain viewable and downloadable — features outside the new plan simply show an upgrade prompt instead of the create action. If you're over the new plan's active-listing limit you can archive listings; nothing is ever deleted for you.
What counts toward AI usage?
Photo work uses one allowance: AI image credits. Standard operations (staging, enhancement, curb appeal) use 1 credit; premium transformations (twilight, renovation) use 2. Floor plans, video renders and AI copy have their own monthly allowances. Viewing, downloading, exporting or re-sharing work you already generated never counts again.
Is Pipeline Studio only virtual staging?
No. Staging is the starting point. Pipeline Studio also builds property videos, full marketing packages, flyers, social content and MLS exports, hosts branded property pages that capture leads, manages those leads, produces seller marketing reports, generates win-the-listing presentations and runs a complete Floor Plan Studio — all under your brand.
Can brokerages manage multiple agents?
Yes. Elite includes a team workspace with 3 seats and pooled usage. Brokerage adds 5 seats (then $59 per extra seat, billed automatically), a shared property library, agent assignment and roles, brokerage brand templates, white-label client branding, organization-wide reporting and pooled AI usage across the office. Enterprise is fully custom.
